This pipe frame is the perfect solution for hanging wet SCUBA kit on to drip dry after washing. The plastic pipe and fittings are not affected by water so ideal as a drying rail. It can be setup on any level surface, preferably in the shade to minimize sun damage to your gear.
Once dry, transfer it to your garage or storeroom and you now have a hanging storage rail for all your gear. PVC pipe is inherently flexible, so we use wooden rods in the one upright for additional strength and stability.
However, you still need to make sure you balance the weight distribution on the frame by hanging heavy items like BCD’s on the lower pegs.
